● The world’s first non-finger wave soldering, breaking out the industry for decade’s traditional titanium claws transportation system, without any loss titanium finger.
● Take a comparison with ordinary Ti-finger conveyor to claw the PCB for soldering. The special chain + Ti-alloy rotary table conveyor system allows higher endurance and lower maintenance cost.
● Soldering system adopts the Ti-alloy Rotary table to claw the PCB for soldering, which can avoid the solder dross bringing outside the solder pot to pollution the circumstance, and also save the waste of solder extremely.


Features:
● Solder Pot in / out and up / down driven by motorized system with seccurity device to avoid and damage cause of incorrect operating.
● Adopts the subsection integrated type conveyor, which is to break out the traditional conveyor type and allows an adjustable speed control for the different soldering process to ensure the high performance of soldering quality.
● Conveyor speed No.1 system:Inlet flux spraying system preheating zones.
● Conveyor speed No.2:Soldering system cooling system.
● Spray nozzle driving by stepper motor will be guided speeding and frequency according to the PCB width.
