Temperature Curve Of Reflow Soldering

- Dec 05, 2017 -

The temperature curve refers to the SMA through the melt, the temperature curve of a certain point on SMA, which provides an intuitive method to analyze the temperature change of a component in the whole reflow process, to obtain the best solderability, to avoid damage to components due to over-temperature, and to ensure the quality of welding is very useful.

The temperature zone length of reflow soldering furnace is generally 45cm~50cm, and the temperature area can be 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15 and even more warm zones, from the angle of welding, reflow soldering has at least 3 temperature zones, namely preheating area, welding area and cooling zone, many furnaces usually exclude cooling zone when calculating temperature zone. The heating zone, the heat preservation zone and the welding zone are calculated.
